<image:title>Contact - Well captain, whos in charge here?</image:title>
<image:caption>As the chief operating commander in the engine room, I have my Danish understudy, Kim Agersten. I initially took Kim as a hostage, and now he has unwillingly adapted to life in a space shuttle. The main reason I took Kim as a hostage was his many years of experience as a chef in Copenhagen restaurants such as Krogs Fiskerestaurant, Mielcke & Hurtigkarl, and Noma. After cooking me food for many years Kim has slowly proved himself as a loyal servant, and I decided to move him into the core of the space shuttle, where he maintains the entire operation. Kim also brews beer, to make life in space tolerable. He uses his many years of tasting and cooking experience to try and make the best beers possible, with an emphasis on local produce. Just too bad nobody told him that nothing is local in space. Kim likes to brew the classic style of beers, but his heart belongs to the more adventurous beers such as barrel aged sour beers and brewing with foraged produce or in-house fermentation experiments. Kim also likes swimming, fishing and spending time with his family. When i rarely let him visit earth.</image:caption>

Last month I met Camilla and Casilla, who insisted that the stories were true. They promised me to introduce me to the mysterious and malevolent supernatural entity known as the King in Yellow. I took them up on their offer and sure enough - there was some truth to it: Strange is the night where black stars rise, And strange moons circle through the skies, But stranger still is Lost Carcosa.</image:title>

While containing the zingy frukstereo acidity, Grön is a new take on wild beers that is part beer, part cider and part wine, but very much its own entity. Grön is brewed with 60% saison wort and 40% aromatic late harvest apples (Cox, Gloster & Belle de Boskoop), that have been partially skin-macerated and stored in wine amphoras. The saison has been brewed with a small amount of mosiac hops, adding depth and contrast to the fruitiness of the beer. 6.5 vol%</image:title>

Like Gron, Gul is 60% saison wort and 40% pears (Conference & Alexander Lukas), that have been partially macerated to add some of the delicious pear skin flavour to the beer. Due to the pears, this hybrid cider & beer contains some residual sugar, which gives balance and contrast to the funky sourness of the spontaneous fermentation. the saison has been brewed with a small amount of mosaic hops. 5.5% vol</image:title>

When fried it develops a really nice nuttiness, which is perfect for a stout. to add something extra we used some fermented shiso leaves giving the Brew some of that sweet marzipan flavor. this all adds up to a smooth complex and flavorful black beer Ingredients: Water, barley malt, oats, hops, yeast , parsnip, shiso & lactose 9,5% vol.</image:title>

<image:title>Extraterestrial Fuel - Fågelsång Mölsch - . . .. Fagelsang Molsch Captains Log: Fågelsång is an ale brewed only with local malt and hops from the Skåne region. We decided on calling the beerstyle a Mölsch as it is inspired by the traditional German ale style, kölsch. And as it is produced in Malmo we couldn’t name it anything else than Mölsch. We get the pilsner malt from Wärbro Kvarn, that resides in Sköldinge, Södermanland. A small organic farm that grows their malt with love and care. The Hops is organically produced in Österlen, by our friends from Hosthagen Humlegaard, from where we bought their entire yearly production, just for this beer. The name of the beer is a tribute to the legendary Christer Fuglesang. Ingredients: water, barley malts, hops and yeast. 330cl, 4,5 % vol</image:title>

<image:title>Extraterestrial Fuel - Garden Galaxy Folköl - Intermission Saison Captains Log: We introduce the Garden Galaxy Folklager, made for public consumption at sommarstadens kiosk. Although we see ourselves as the milky way's local neighborhood brewery, there is no denying that Malmo has a special place in our hearts. So we are super proud to support and be a part of a cool local business that we wanna go to ourselves. Blood, spacesweat and hops went into this Pale Ale & Pilsner hybrid, and we hope you’ll swing by our friends place during the summer, for a refill. Ingredients: water, barley malts, hops and yeast. 330cl, 3,5% vol</image:title>
